João Barata lab offers the possibility, to experienced bioinformaticians/computational biologists of remote collaboration, with participation in ongoing research activities. In this case, the researcher would have access to our datasets and remotely participate in their analysis. A set of exciting projects involving the analysis of RNA-seq, WES and/our proteomics and phospho-proteomics to understand the role of IL7R signaling in leukemia development are available.
