Immunology and Liver Gene Transfer Unit offer a position as master student (M2) for 6 months full time. The candidate will be involved in a project to surpass the principal limitations in heart gene therapy. He/she will participate in the development of new engineered capsids Adeno Associated Virus with higher cardiotropism than the real gold standard and will test new approaches to reduce the pre-existing humoral response against the AAV in rodents and large animal models.
