We are a molecular biology laboratory studying RNA processing, gene expression and human disease mechanisms. We have ongoing projects that analyse human iPSC and cancer cells and tissue, using quantitative proteomics, quantitative imaging, cellular and biochemical assays & deep learning computational methods.
