We are a small lab studying the structure and function of molecular machines involved in gene expression, with a particular focus on mitochondrial and viral gene expression complexes. Our main methods are cryo-EM (both single-particle and tomography), X-ray crystallography and various biochemical and biophysical methods. We are happy to assist scientists at any level and can provide lab space and potentially funding.
