Our main interest is on the mechanisms of protein synthesis in bacteria and mammals, with the emphasis on mRNA decoding and recoding, as well as cotranslational folding of cytosolic and membrane proteins. Translation fidelity, tRNAs, and antibiotics are also our topics.
