To participate in the grant project, we invite a scientist (Ph.D.) who works in one of the EU universities and has the experience and scientific publications on the issue of sustainable development.

About the Institution

The Department of International Relations and Diplomacy functions as part of the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations named after the Bohdan Hawrylyshyn of the West Ukrainian National University.

The teachers of the department teach the history and theory of international relations, the basics of diplomacy, political science, international integration, and geopolitics. One of the priority directions of scientific research and grant activities of the department is the problem of sustainable development of society. The department operates the International Study of Sustainable Development - an educational laboratory in which students and teachers study aspects of economic, social, and environmental policy in the context of implementing the goals of sustainable development.

The department actively cooperates with the following institutions and organizations: the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the Ternopil Regional State Administration, the Honorary Consulate of Hungary in Ternopil, the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Lithuania in Ternopil, the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Senegal in Ternopil, the Scientific Society of the History of Diplomacy and of international relations, by the state enterprise «General Directorate for the Service of Foreign Representations».

Оksana TULAI - Ph.D., Doctor of Sciences (Economics), Professor, Head of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy, West Ukrainian National University. Author of more than 200 scientific and methodical works, including 12 monographs, 4 textbooks, 4 study guides, and 59 articles in scientific journals in Ukraine and foreign countries, of which 9 are in periodicals included in the international scientometric bases Scopus, Web of Science. The main direction: Public Finance in Providing Sustainable Human Development.
