University of Turku grants the right to complete non-degree studies to persons arriving in Finland from Ukraine. This study right is for persons who have the right to reside in Finland with the status of temporary protection (https://migri.fi/en/temporary-protection) and who have a degree study right in a Ukrainian higher education institution.

The study right may be granted to individual courses or study modules. This study right does not give the right to complete a degree at the University of Turku.

It is not possible to study all study fields of the University of Turku in English and the majority of studies taught in English are on the master level.

All 8 faculties and the Center for Language and Communication Studies grant non-degree study rights to persons fleeing Ukraine and who have temporary protection status. Please note, that in most cases the courses have already begun and the next starting time for new students is next autumn (September 2022).
