We offer a position for Ukrainian scientists in the field of Cancer epigenomics and genomics, with funding. Our research is focused on the epigenomic characterization of human cells in the process of evolving into pre-cancerous and eventually tumor lesions. We are particularly interested in the exploring chromatin state transitions using various computational approaches in cancer progression. Our findings can be leveraged to develop therapeutic compounds that will specifically target such alterations in chromatin states.
