The Ameres lab studies molecular mechanisms in post-transcriptional gene regulation. We employ quantitative biochemical, cell-biological and transcriptomic approaches in mammalian and Drosophila cell culture and in vivo in flies to determine how the quality and quantity of the transcriptome is controlled at the molecular level. We would be happy to host Ukrainian scientists at any stage of their career.
