Our scientific interest is to understand how the inner timers of animals (driven by sun and moon) control physiology, behavior and development. The techniques used in the lab range from ecological measurements in the marine environment to state-of-the-art biochemical and molecular biology techniques to the use of AI-based advanced tracking technology in behavioral experiments.
