The EQuIPD grant at the University of Florida offers support for a visiting scholar (no students) to work on an Engineering Education project related to professional development of teachers to teach concepts for data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning. This project is housed in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Florida. Scholars from Ukraine are welcome. Ideal candidates are either in STEM education, or PhD in a STEM field with an interest in educational research. Must have a background or fluency in programming related to Data Science, ML and AI (python) This is a full time position ideally for at least 3 months and can be extended to 2 years.
