We would like attract related institutions for the methodological cooperation in research and education. In particular, we are looking for a prospective research collaboration with the focus on foreign language training (we specialise in both Ukrainian as second language and English as second language), e.g. linguistics and literary studies, linguistic didactics, especially the use of ICT in language training, intercultural communication and other related topics.

The outcome of such collaboration can vary, from co-writing of the research papers to co-hosting international scientific events, both online and offline, as well as cooperation in professional training.

About the Institution

Our department focuses on language training of the foreign citizens who are going to get qualifications at Ukrainian higher educational establishments. In the focus of our attention are traditional methods of language training as well as the most recent techniques in higher education, in particular in teaching a second language at the pre-university stage.

Our department specializes in using ICT in the process of language training, and all of our language courses were backed up by full course of computer-based materials long before the outbreak of Covid-19 made us move to a digital classroom or to the e-learning platform. Due to the war crisis, we experience shortage of international students willing to take our preparatory language courses.
