The aim of the project is to disseminate the best practices to promote the creation of social enterprises in military economies by promoting the socialization of persons with disabilities and traumatized persons (not yet registered disability in many victims, how to prescribe them); temporarily displaced persons from the occupied cities and who remained in Ukraine; persons who did not leave the settlements where hostilities are active during the martial law in Ukraine and were discharged from the Ukrainian army, receiving psychological rehabilitation and making recommendations to restore motivation for socially oriented entrepreneurship in a military economy.
The task of the project is to form public opinion among young people, including those with disabilities, and public organizations, representatives of the real sector of the economy on the need to implement the principles of inclusive life in martial law and solve the problems of victims and temporarily displaced persons. Since the Institute's Collection of Beneficial Soil Microorganisms contains strains of bacteria and fungi that require special storage conditions, it is planned to purchase refrigeration equipment (a refrigerator and a laboratory freezer) and an electricity generator as a priority. In case of power outages, this equipment will allow not to lose about 600 strains of agronomically valuable microorganisms, which have been obtained for the last 50 years of the Institute's activity. We also plan to purchase nutrient agar for microbiology, which is needed to produce digest media for the cultivation of microorganisms for the collection. Due to the decrease in funding during the war, the Institute is lacking funds to pay for public services, which makes it impossible to maintain proper performance of the institution and conduct scientific research.

Their high efficiency has been theoretically, experimentally substantiated and practically proved for longer than 10 years. For manufacturing of them liquid nitrogen is needed, that in a wartime is problem. Including with students and on projects.
Now also many departments have similar requests and even more complex ones. Since we have a whole automobile department, where the equipment is much more complex and specific. We need to discuss this with the department.
How is transportation possible? at this stage we can only discuss these possibilities. and perhaps and hopefully soon we can accept by mail (eg DHL).
As an automobile and high way university, we are focused on research in these two areas, moreover, they have suffered greatly now during the war. We also have a developed economic department. We are looking for partners interested in conducting socio-psychological research in Ukraine, in particular regarding the transformation of the territorial, ethno-national, European identity of Ukrainians in the conditions of decentralization and war.
We are also interested in creating a Center for the Peace Study and Security Policy on the basis of the Institute. We have a lot of both research and practical work on issues of war and peace, adaptation of the population to the conditions and consequences of the military conflict since 2014. We also have successful experience of cooperation with colleagues from Germany and Norway in this direction, but we would like to create a Center for Peace Studies precisely on the basis of our Institute.
